Shipping policy

SHIPPING DETAILS

At this time we are only shipping within the United States.

Orders are usually fulfilled within 2-3 business days of payment of order. We operate Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

We typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage®, Priority Mail® or UPS Ground®. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

FREE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Free shipping is available on $99+ US orders.  Orders cannot be combined to meet the $99+ threshold. This means that if you place 2 orders and combined they equal $99+ you will not receive a refund for any shipping paid. Most orders will ship separately. 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please be certain to enter the correct delivery address at check out.  We will not be able to change an address once the order is placed.

My Blue Cottage will ship to P.O. box and military addresses using postal services (USPS) only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Packages are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
courier.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the postal service directly with your tracking number if you do not receive your delivery when expected.
